Quick fix (works most of the time)
• If you changed the site language or your browser auto-translated the page, set the site back to English.
• Refresh, then re-open the Bingo Room.
• Still stuck? Try a Private/Incognito window, log in, and open the room.
• Note: This is a temporary workaround while we finish the multilingual update.
Full checklist (desktop & mobile)
A) Language & translation
• Set site language to English. Turn off browser translation for our site. Refresh and try again.
B) Browser basics
• Refresh. Try a Private/Incognito window. Try another browser or update your current one.
C) Clear site data (site-only)
• Clear cached files/cookies for bingobetsy.com only, then restart the browser.
D) Extensions & blockers
• Temporarily disable ad/script/privacy blockers or VPN extensions for our site, then retry.
E) Network & VPN
• Turn off VPN/Proxy. Try a different connection (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data). Avoid restricted work/school networks.
F) Device & session
• Use one device/session at a time. Sign out → sign in. Restart the device if the browser has been open for hours.
G) Date/time & updates
• Set date/time to automatic. Install any pending OS/browser updates.

iPhone/iPad (Safari)
• Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → search “bingobetsy.com” → Remove.
• Force-close Safari, reopen, log in, try the room.
• If translated, tap the “aA” icon → View Original.
- If you changed the site language (e.g., Italian) or used browser auto-translate:
- Switch the site back to English and refresh the page.
- Re-open the Bingo Room.
- If still stuck, try an Incognito/Private window (no extensions/cached files).
- If it persists, follow the full checklist below and contact Support.
Why this happens: Some translation modes change the page structure that our game client expects, which can prevent the room from rendering correctly. Changing it back to English is the easiest and quickest solution.
- Set site language back to English.
- If your browser offered to translate the page, click Turn off translation for our site.
- Refresh and re-enter the room.
- Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R).
- Open a Private/Incognito window, log in, and try again.
- Try another browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari) or update your current one.
- Clear cached files for our site only (bingobetsy.com), then restart the browser.
- Temporarily disable ad-blockers, script/privacy blockers, or VPN extensions for our site.
- Re-try the room. (You can re-enable later.)
- Turn off VPN/Proxy and try your normal connection.
- If on Wi-Fi, try mobile data (4G/5G), or vice-versa.
- Avoid heavily restricted work/school networks.
- Close other tabs running the site; use one device/session at a time.
- Sign out → Sign in again.
- Restart your device if the browser has been open for many hours.
- Ensure your device date & time are set automatically (wrong time can break secure connections).
- Install any pending OS/browser updates.
